Legislative Decree 24/2023 implements in Italy the European regulation of whistleblowing, i.e. the reporting of offenses of which a person (employee, collaborator, professional, volunteer, shareholder, administrator, etc.) has become aware due to the relationship of work undertaken with the Company.
In order to comply with the regulatory provisions, the Company has adopted an internal reporting channel (IT platform, of which you will find the link on this page, as well as written correspondence to the identified recipient) which guarantees maximum protection of confidentiality regarding the identity of the reporter and of the person involved or mentioned in the report.
Specifically, in the case of a report made by ordinary mail, it is suggested to insert the report in two closed envelopes, one envelope containing the reporting person’s data, another envelope containing the report, both to be placed in a third closed envelope containing on the outside the wording “reserved” for the manager of the report.
However, in the case of reporting via the platform, there is the possibility of not indicating your identification data (name and surname) when filling out the tool screens.
