The machining department covers an area of 1500 m2 and consists of the following machinery: Eight CNC lathe machines (max. turning diameter 600 x 3000 length), two thread rollers (max. thread rolling M90) and one boring machine (max. diameter 32 x 700 boring length). The available lathe machines are equipped with motorised tools to allow normal drilling and milling operations. Two of them also allow small centre machining thanks to the y-axis (±50 mm motion). The pieces that come directly from our moulding departments allow us to produce parts very quickly and without transport costs. We are, of course, able to have external machining carried out if clients lack the appropriate equipment for this purpose.
