The tooling department covers an area of 500 m2.

Thanks to a state-of-the-art machinery fleet comprising two digitally controlled machining centres (motion 600 x 1200 x 550 mm), a CNC vertical lathe machine (turning diameter 800 mm), a die-sinking EDM (400 x 400 x 250 mm) and two manual lathes, it is able to make new moulds and regenerate moulds in use, making the company’s production cycle completely self-sufficient.
